Our podiatrists are with you on your fitness journey, treating foot pain, shin splints, knee pain, lower back and biomechanical concerns which may be preventing you from furthering your fitness goal. We will be offering education and advice to participants along the way.

We also offer myofascial release, dry needling, kinesiotaping, orthotic therapy and dermatological (skin) treatments.

Personally, I've been a member of the Loftus gym for many years, as it is in close proximity to our Wembley clinic. It took a good few months before I developed my daily training habit- but once I got there, it stuck. I cannot imagine skipping a training day! (With at least 1-2 rest days off course). If you see me, please stop to say hello! The gym is well stocked with equipment, it's fairly spacious and has plenty of natural lighting.

12 week challenges are fantastic as you have the support of trainers and health professionals like us on board.
