Custom Orthotics

High quality, custom, prescription Podiatry orthoses built with accuracy.

Perth's leading custom orthotics clinic with the latest evidence based care.

Helping with plantar fasciitis, flat feet, knee pain & more.

Our experts provide custom orthotic therapy help relieve foot, heel, knee, and lower limb pain while improving overall movement and function. We use advanced biomechanical assessments and gait analysis to design personalised orthotics tailored to your foot posture, lifestyle, and activity level. Custom orthotics can help manage conditions including plantar fasciitis, flat feet, high arches, sports injuries, shin splints, and foot fatigue by improving alignment, redistributing pressure, and supporting long-term foot health.

Customized, functional kinetic insoles built to your feet.

These insoles are different from 'off- shelf', spongy, gel or orthotics 'milled' from one material. Our orthotics are made from several materials and components because they aim to correct and realign your posture and address several issues of your feet/ gait within the one device.

Devices prescribed by Pulse Podiatry are eligible for Private Health Fund Rebates.

Process

Feet are captured with modern 3D laser scan technology to deliver a highly anatomically accurate, finely contoured product.

Orthotics are not 3D printed, as the process requires prescription and more expertise.

They are created with polypropylene (2-4mm thickness, depending on activity- This is most suitable to sport and daily wear) and covers such as vinyl, neoprene (Spenco), or poron may be added to create a softer cohesive feel. Padding such as metatarsal domes, cuboid notches, plantar fascia accomodations etc can be added.

Alternatively, if an accommodative device (Diabetes, ulceration offloading) is required, materials can be used that mould gently to the feet for bony prominences and deformities.

The device takes 1.5-2 weeks to be created. Emergency devices may be created within 2-3 days.

Fitting

Our custom built devices are slimmer, more comfortable, and can be created in a variety of different colors and lengths, without compromising on control and support.

Slim orthotic insole devices are especially important in women's shoes, men's dress shoes and soccer boots.

Purposeful

Orthotics are built for use in work shoes, steel caps, gym shoes, cross trainers- They are prescribed specifically for you.
