Our orthotics are made from a high density, German engineering polypropylene. We use 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and 4.5mm shells.
• Carbon fibre composite. This is more flexible than acrylic based carbons (TL2100 etc), but it is much more difficult to crack or fracture. It is very lightweight and thin.
• EVA
EVA350 is more dense and harder, followed by EVA 220 and soft 120.
• Arch Fill. EVA can be added to the plantar surface of the shell in order to increase bulk or control pronation of the orthotic. Commonly used in combination with 2mm and 3mm polypropylene shells.

• Vinyl is a shell cover of standard upholstering vinyl that is Silverguard® treated. This means that they have been treated to resist the growth of moulds, mildew and bacteria. This helps to extend the life of the vinyls, as well as diminish odours and promote freshness.
• AMB is an “antimicrobial” material. It has been treated to inhibit the growth of mould, mildew and bacteria.
• Neoprene is a shock absorbing neoprene covered with a blue material. The blue cover is reinforced to reduce the possibility of it from de laminating. Our neoprene is designed to have specific shock absorbing qualities and tensile strengths, whilst also being “Latex free”. Neoprenes are slightly thicker than other Neoprenes offered in the prescription orthotic industry. Our orthotics use the market leading orthotic cover product.
• Conforma-cover is a laminate of flesh coloured EVA90 and a red Slow Release poron. This cover is 6mm thick, and is designed for maximum comfort and the more sedentary patient.
It is used extensively for the ulcerated foot or for a diabetic foot.
All covers can incorporate a thin layer of poron under the cover, to increase cushioning.

Metatarsal domes, accomodations, apertures, lesional paddings or any addition are added to the orthotic shell or extensions (But under the final coverings).
These are often prescribed in accordance to the individual foot condition.
Your foot is 3D scanned to high accuracy.
Based on our prescription, the angles for forefoot and rear foot correction and determined and altered.
